Business Women's Forum

A Professional and Personal Development Conference By Women, For Women

Annually, hundreds of professional women participate in the largest, longest running full-day conference for women in Connecticut. Every aspect of the day, from the keynote speakers to the conference giveaways, is vetted by the Forum’s Board of Directors: a dedicated group of businesswomen that represent a variety of industries.

This year we reinvented the Forum and are coming directly to you in your home or office! Join our team and hundreds of fellow virtual attendees as we dive into the exciting opportunity to offer the Business Women’s Forum online.
You’ll enjoy professional sessions from dynamic speakers and trainers, fun and easy ways to engage with fellow attendees digitally, and the opportunity to win fabulous real-life giveaways. Hear about the amazing young women receiving this year’s Business Women’s Forum Jaci Carroll Scholarships, and discover how the BWF is supporting our future business leaders.

Our attendees are what make the Business Women’s Forum amazing. We encourage you to explore the options, engage with our social media platforms, and to join us in November. Become a part of this community and discover what happens when a group of women come together to inspire, support and connect with each other.

Amazing High Energy

The high energy was amazing, so much so that it was pervasive throughout the day and carried into the breakout sessions. There are always fantastic "take-aways" from this event that energize me to take a fresh positive approach at work and in my personal life. There were so many opportunities to engage with other business professional and an abundance of great ideas for increasing productivity, motivation and engagement with my team
