Changing Times: Discover How We’ve Reinvented the Business Women’s Forum

For 37 years, the Business Women’s Forum (BWF) was known as the largest, longest running full-day annual in-person conference for women in Connecticut. As so many conferences and events have done in 2020, the Business Women’s Forum has pivoted to deliver the valuable and engaging content that attendees have come to expect online, direct to our participants’ homes and offices.

This shift has allowed us to continue the longstanding tradition of the BWF during times of social distancing, while also enabling us to serve a wider audience of business women from a larger geographic footprint. This exciting digital event will continue to showcase nationally known speakers and trainers who educate and inspire attendees both personally and professionally. We are thrilled to be bringing you sessions this year with keynote speaker Valerie Bertinelli, award-winning speaker Amanda Gore, Leading Edge Coaches, and Debbie Faye.

In addition to providing attendees access to phenomenal speakers, networking opportunities and diverse training, the Forum has supplied in excess of $200,000 in scholarships to female college students pursuing a business degree during our long history. Prominent keynote speakers throughout our long history include Barbara Corcoran, Suze Orman, Robin Roberts, Paula Abdul, Jane Seymour, Goldie Hawn, and Jamie Lee Curtis.

Amazing High Energy

The high energy was amazing, so much so that it was pervasive throughout the day and carried into the breakout sessions. There are always fantastic "take-aways" from this event that energize me to take a fresh positive approach at work and in my personal life. There were so many opportunities to engage with other business professional and an abundance of great ideas for increasing productivity, motivation and engagement with my team

I think the best thing about the Forum is the positive energy, encouragement, and support given to all of the attendees. I loved how well the attendees were treated. It was not only a motivational and educational day, but also a day to feel pampered
